Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • It must be free of damage, stains, or signs of wear.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Assembled or modified items

  • Mattresses once removed from packaging


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

  3. Securely pack the item, including all original packaging and parts.

  4. Drop it off with the designated carrier or schedule a pickup (for large items).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain returns.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:

  • Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and a brief description in your email to [infofurnituremart@gmail.com].

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

Need a different item or size? Please contact us to arrange an exchange. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
